Jasmine Holistic Spa adheres to the most stringent hygiene standards and practices In accordance with government Health Board and government regulations:
- All tools and equipment used in treatment are sterilized using hospital grade sanitation protocols.
- Gloves are worn for treatments.
- Reserved right to decline services for any client who may have contagious disease or contraindication to the treatment.
Arrival
Please arrive 5 min before your scheduled spa service. Late arrival may require to shorten your treatment time in order not to inconvenience or delay clients following you.
Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate when booking your appointment.
To accommodate other appointments, 48-hour notification is required if you are unable to keep your appointment, otherwise 50% value of the booked service will be charged and may request a pre-payment for future appointments.
No Show fee for aesthetic services is 50% of your service booked.
No Show fee for Wegatesting/Biofeedback and Bioresonance appointment is 100% of the booked service.
Product Return Policy
Products that are unused, and unopened are subject to exchange within 14 days of purchase. Any product showing signs of damage, usage, or tampering cannot be returned.
Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase only.
Returns are not accepted.

If you have a concern or complaint about a service, please contact us directly.
All Service Sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
Prepaid services - individual or packaged cannot be refunded.
Disclaimer
48 hour notification is required in case you get any reaction to product or treatment. Jasmine Holistic Spa will not take responsibility for anything claimed after 48 hours.
Gift Certificates / Gift Cards
May Be purchased at the spa or online.
- They may be used for the specified service or towards products and services at the spa.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed or replaced.
- Purchased Gift Card do not expire.
- Promotional gift cards issued for marketing promotions do expire.
- Promotional gift cards cannot be combined with any discounted services / products or packages.
- All sales are Final.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash.
